Tasks
We are seeking a highly-skilled CTO with a storied history in the technological sector. You will make executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs. You will work with a international team of developers and project managers and you will plan, manage, and implement alongsite with other developers our technological recuirements. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development specially in the field of marketplaces and eCommerce.
Requirements
- Strong experience in developing and scaling e-commerce and marketplace platforms
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology company
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and developing technical strategies
- Strong experience with software development methodologies and technologies, such as Agile, DevOps, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning and AI
- Experience with web technologies such as PHP, Javascript, and Node.js
- Full-Stack developement skills
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Passionate about technology and e-commerce
