Inlumi is looking for a Lead Consultant to join their global team of over 250 digital transformation specialists. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advisory services, technology implementation, and managed operations solutions, enabling customers to perform at their best by understanding their data and making informed decisions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex EPM digital transformation projects, from initiation to delivery.
- Provide expert advisory services on financial processes and systems, delivering high-quality advice to clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Conduct solution architecture and design of both custom and packaged technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the business analysts, development, and delivery teams to ensure that technical solutions are properly understood, delivered, and supported.
- Communicate complex technical information to both non-technical and technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders, maintaining positive, collaborative relationships.
- Drive business development and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in financial consulting, technology consulting, or corporate finance in a multinational company.
- At least 5 years of project or program management experience for enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
- A strong track record of client engagement and business development success.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams through ambiguity and change management.
- Experience with EPM systems such as Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, or SAP BPC.
- Excellent technical architecture and design skills, with a strong grasp of financial and operational processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as SCRUM or PMI.
