1.1 Product optimization process to achieve productivity and product quality-consistency: Optimize machine setting condition => Work with IE to standardize worn-out of the spare-parts and frequency replacement.
1.2 Revise the Production SOP and feedback the effectively
1.3 Projects management (process optimization base on MTF/MTF data recorded) of fine texture items:
- New BOM or New raw-material replacement first batch trial (production result and CTS application feedback.
- Work with production team member to take the planning/action against low productivity and inconsistency list of items to back to the normal production."
2. Metallic effect
2.1 Process optimization for improving metallic products (as high-speed mixing or dry-blending condition)
2.2 Revise and standardize post blending condition for metallic effect
3. Storage ability analysis: Work with mill Leader/IE to control the milling temperature condition at the box (packaging) 35oC and target to further control temperature 32oC, then feedback to production/IE to fix the output setting temperature for chiller.
