Key Responsibilities of the Education Counsellor:
- Provide personalised education counselling and advice to students and parents.
- Participate in education & recruitment activities to deliver presentations where appropriate.
- Liaise with partner universities and admissions to track students’ applications, coordinate interviews, advocate on behalf of students etc.
- Attend to enquiries in prompt, personal and professional manner in line with the UKEC's standards.
- Maintain proactive communication and build positive relationship with students and parents.
- Manage and update student records accurately.
- Attend in-house training and university information sessions, which may include overseas university and agent familiarisation trips.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in mentoring peers/students
- Graduates with overseas study experience (UK/Ireland/Australia/Canada)

Salary: From RM4,000.00 per month
