Administration

§ 协助监督部门操作指南的准备和更新。

Oversees the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.

§ 召开部门每日例会。确保部门每日的例会的效率和必要性。

Conducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

§ 协助向物料部提供各个厨房所需的购物清单。

Provides the Materials Department with detailed Product and Purchase Specifications for items used in the outlet.


宾客服务

Customer Service

§ 保证所有的员工时刻提供客人所期望的,并且符合我们酒店承诺的服务。

Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

§ 保证所有的员工对我们酒店其他部门的员工同样提供高品质的服务。

Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

§ 以礼貌高效的服务处理来自酒店外部的客人和我们酒店的客人的投诉,同时对问题的解决要跟进,并且询问客人的满意度。

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§ 高峰期间应该在工作现场,保证工作的正常运行。

Spends time in the Operation (during peak periods) to ensure that it is managed well by the respective Stewarding associates and functions to the fullest expectations.

§ 利用工作轮换,丰富员工的工作内容等方法来提高工作效率和积极性,在达成酒店财务目标的同事达成客人期望。

Maximises associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

§ 多多关注提高生产效率,根据指导手册谨慎管理资源和员工薪资,尽量高效地使用设备以节约能源。

Focuses attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.

§ 确保对破损进行高效管理,向运作部门提供不断的反馈,以减少破损及丢失。

Ensures that breakages are administered so as to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.

§ 确保所有成本被控制在已制定的部门运营预算内。

Strictly adheres to the established operating expenses and ensures that all costs are controlled.

§ 协助制定年度运营预算,确定预期的运营费用、运营设备及固定资产需求,以配合年度业务计划的完成。

Participates in the formulation of Annual Operating Budget in determining projected operating expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.

§ 协助库存管理,确保酒店设施设备始终得到妥善的保养和维修。

Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.

§ 根据相关的数据控制成本,需要的时候让部门主管参与其中。

Manages costs proactively based on key performance indicators, works with the respective Heads of Department as appropriate.

§ 采用新的技术和设备,提高工作效率。

Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

§ 积极响应客人调查的合理建议,并尽快改善。

Responds to the results of the LRA and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

§ 团队协作,主动灵活待客,顾客至上,酒店的大局为重。

Works closely with other Food and Beverage Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

§ 保证管事部的员工始终会以主动灵活的工作方式与其他部门的员工共事。时刻铭记我们的工作理念是“我们群策群力”。

Ensures that Stewarding associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

Are hands-on and present at all times in the Operation, especially during busy periods.

§ 严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。并且确保所有的厨房都设施完善。

Strictly controls inventories and par stocks in the operation for all operating equipment, Food and Beverage, FF&E items and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.

Assists to conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

§ 管理物资申请,库存,定期检查仪器的操作情况。

Controls the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.

Assists to conduct daily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and F&B events.

Liaises with the Food and Beverage Department and Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.

§ 保证每个厨房仪器的清洁。

Ensures that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.

Ensures that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.

Supervises night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.

Ensures that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.

Has thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage equipment needs and network with sister hotels and other hotels to borrow equipment as and when needed.

Ensures that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organised.

Prepares and issues repair and maintenance job orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the outlet.

Familiar with all Fire and Emergency Procedure.

Personnel

Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Stewarding associates. Adheres to hotel guidelines when recruiting and uses a competency-based approach to selecting associates.

§ 监督所有餐务部员工的出勤,仪表,保证所有人的着装,个人形象,个人卫生符合部门和酒店的要求。

Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Stewarding associates, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

§ 通过适当的培训和辅导,增强员工的技能,提高厨房的工作效率。

Maximises the effectiveness of associates by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with associates and to support them in their professional development goals.

§ 通过持续的反馈,协助发展部门培训人员的培训技能。

Assists in the development of Departmental Trainers through ongoing feedback and monthly meetings.

Plans and implements effective training programmes for associates in coordination with the Learning and Development Manager and Departmental Trainers.

Oversees the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.

Encourages associates to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation.

Ensures that all associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations.

§ 保证所有的员工遵守酒店有关于火灾,危险物品的使用和安全方面的规定。

Ensures that associates follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

§ 了解员工敬业度调查的结果,对合理要求作出相应的调整。

Assists to feedback the results of the Associate Opinion Survey and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.


其他

Other Duties

§ 熟悉行业内的相关规定和员工法规。

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations.

§ 熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

§ 保证高标准的个人仪表。

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

§ 与竞争酒店,商业伙伴和其他的组织建立和维持稳固的,专业的关系。

Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.

§ 根据安排出席酒店和部门的培训和会议。

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

§ 响应安排,根据酒店、行业和公司的指令做调整,执行其他餐厅 和部门的合理的任务及职责。
Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties also in other outlets and departments as normal assigned, and adjust to changes as dictated by hotel, industry and company.
